Meet Larissa

My practice and methods stem from the deep belief that healing happens when we come home to ourselves.

As a trauma-informed EFT practitioner who has lived through and overcome my own mental health struggles including severe depression and addiction, my approach is gentle, compassionate, and rooted in the understanding that true healing involves the mind, body, and spirit. I guide people through the process of releasing emotional stress, limiting beliefs, and the energetic patterns that can keep them feeling stuck.

I know that life can leave us carrying anxiety, grief, overwhelm, and old stories that we’d like to let go of but often don’t know how. Through EFT tapping, I help my clients create space for peace, clarity, self-compassion, and personal growth by processing these completely normal, valid emotions and release what no longer belongs to us.

My mission is to help you remember that you already have the capacity to heal within you. Sometimes, we simply need the right support and tools to uncover it.

You don't have to navigate your journey alone. I'm here to walk alongside you as you reconnect with your strength, your intuition, and your most authentic self.

Why Tiawi Tribe?

The name Tiawi comes from Tiahui, a Nahuatl word that can be understood as "let's go," "moving forward," and meaning “always in movement”.

The idea of always moving forward became an anchor for me during one of the darkest periods of my life. Even when I felt lost or uncertain, I learned that healing doesn't require us to have all the answers—it simply asks us to take the next step. That mindset carried me through my own transformation and ultimately led me to a community that I feel deeply connected to today.

Although I grew up in San Diego, I have called Rosarito, Baja California home for nearly a decade. Living here has opened my heart to traditions that honor our connection to ourselves, to one another, and to the natural world. I have found deep meaning in plant medicine ceremony circles and prayer gatherings, including the Danza de Luna, which draws from Indigenous ceremonial traditions. These experiences have strengthened my belief that healing is a journey of remembering who we are and reconnecting with the wisdom we already carry within us.

Tiawi Tribe was created from that spirit—a place of healing, growth, and community, where we continue moving forward together, one step, one breath, and one tap at a time.
